At Filipino Community Development Corporation(FCDC )we believe that the people is the source of any development and only they can continue and sustain real community development. FCDC structure is designed to make sure that there is institutionalized community participation in the decision making process of FCDC. Democratic governance is central to the design of FCDC structure.
Community Development, Housing Development and People Empowerment shall be the cornerstone of FCDC work. These programs will ensure holistic approach to the development of the human being. Each program support each other. Housing Development cannot be separated from community development and the community will not prosper if the people are not empowered.
